1. Reproduction of artwork

All images and text, later mentioned as “Artwork”, are protected by national and international copyright laws. This means reproduction of any sort is prohibited.

Are you a business and want to reproduce a product including Artwork? Mail to connect@wildcasual.space.

In any other case and when left unsure, please connect with us and respectfully find out.

wild casual reserves all rights to revision and make changes to this declaration without further notification.

2. Free use

2.1 Permission for Educational Purposes

Under below mentioned conditions wild casual’s Artwork can be used for educational purposes in privately held non-profit events.

  • Always send email to connect@wildcasual.space about your intended use. We love to see what you’re up to.

  • Images and text can be included in a presentation such as PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. No film or video without further permission.

  • Presentation must credit wild casual while artwork is being presented on screen.

  • Permission does not include anything made for sale.

  • Permission does not apply to posting on the internet or social media.

  • Files will not be provided for this use by default.

When unsure, please connect through connect@wildcasual.space and respectfully find out.

2.2 Permission for Non-profit Websites

One (1) image can be used on your personal non-commercial website or non-profit organization’s website under the following conditions:

  • Link to www.wildcasual.space must be visible with the image

  • Image size must be smaller or equal to 500 pixels on any side

  • Images may not be used as full-width image or on home page or landing page

  • Artwork may not be edited, adapted, cropped, changed, customized or altered in any way whatsoever

  • Artwork may not be used as a background or presented in a way that the image is disrupted or partially covered

  • No text can be added on top of artwork

2.3 Magazines, Books and Academic Papers

If you’re writing an article or interview featuring information about wild casual, images may be provided for free. Please send description of intended use to connect@wildcasual.space.

Use of Artwork to illustrate any other subject is not permitted.

Use in any purpose not mentioned on this page is prohibited by default, including but not limited to:

  • No books

  • No photocopies

  • No event promotion 

  • No projections at parties without approval

  • No personal business promotion in either digital or tangible spaces; no business cards or brochures

2.4 Prohibition (pun intended)

Without written endorsement of the artist, anything not mentioned on this page is prohibited. This prohibition applies solely to wild casual’s copyrighted material. Consuming cannabis and psilocybin mushrooms are not included in this prohibition, they’re under absolute free of use and it’s just between you and Mother Nature .
